Terms & refunds
Simple rules so you know exactly what you get. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Free trial
Every exam has a free 24-hour trial. No card or payment is needed. One trial per exam per account.
2. Plans and access
Plans last 1, 3 or 6 months from the day your unlock code is used. There is no automatic renewal. Live classes are paid monthly.
3. Payment
Payment is arranged on WhatsApp (+44 7576 046383). After payment you receive a personal unlock code.
4. Refunds
If a plan isn't right for you, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of payment and we will refund you in full. Refunds go back by the same method you used to pay.
5. Your account
Accounts are personal. Please don't share your sign-in or unlock code. Accounts that are shared may be closed.
6. Our content
Lessons, questions, explanations and images are for your own study. Please don't copy, record, sell or share them. Images from other sources are used under their open licences and credited.
7. Educational use only
Content is for exam preparation and is not medical advice. Always follow current guidelines and local rules in clinical practice. Exam rules and fees can change – check the official websites of NBME, the Medical Council of Canada and the Qatar Ministry of Public Health (DHP).
8. Independence
